The Market Performance Wheel 2024 from The Group of Analysts (TGOA) confirms Bertsch Innovation’s progress in key areas.
The Market Performance Wheel (MPW) is an analytical tool developed by TGOA to evaluate the performance of technology providers in specific software markets. It assesses four main areas: ability to perform, market performance, future viability, and technology. Each area is further divided into four evaluation groups, offering a comprehensive view of a software provider’s capabilities.
Together with TGOA analysts, we have updated our Market Performance Wheel to document our progress since 2022.
Customer Performance and Technology Remain Strong
This year, we achieved top scores again in customer performance and customer experience. As in the 2022 analysis, we scored 23 and 24 out of 25 points, respectively. These scores reflect not only our number of existing customers and sector diversification but also our organizational efforts to secure and strengthen customer relationships. We are pleased that our customer focus has been recognized by the analysts.
Our mediacockpit software significantly contributed to this success, as confirmed by the MPW figures. With an overall score of 21 out of 25 points, mediacockpit demonstrated its strength in technology, particularly in adaptability to customer needs, scoring 22 out of 25 points. This flexibility is further supported by our configure-to-play concept.
Bertsch Innovation – Remarkable Progress in Marketing Performance
We saw significant improvement in marketing performance this year. In 2022, we scored 19 out of 25 points, and this year, we achieved 21 points. This improvement reflects the success of our communication strategy and our position as a thought leader in the market, thanks to our focus on valuable content production and efficient marketing organization.
Strong Partner Network for Sustainable Growth
We also saw an increase in partner performance, scoring 17 out of 25 points this year, up from 16 points in 2022. This improvement is largely due to the continuous growth of our partner network, which helps us expand geographically and better support our customers in other European countries, such as Switzerland and BENELUX.
