Winterhalter Gastronom GmbH, based in Meckenbeuren, Germany, develops warewashing systems for the catering and hotel industry. The Winterhalter range includes dishwashers, dishwasher baskets and dishwasher chemicals as well as water treatment equipment. With over 1,000 employees, Winterhalter is one of the global players in the catering industry.

Winterhalter and Bertsch Innovation first cooperated in 2007 when the previous version of mediacockpit was implemented. The goal was to simplify media management and maintenance as well as the distribution of existing assets to the company’s 40 own sales organizations. Within the scope of the second cooperation, the system was ultimately expanded to include the remaining sales partnerships. In addition, the website was to be relaunched, for which the search function on the website was to be optimized.

Mediacenter – data hub for website & B2B portal

For the current Winterhalter website, the mediacenter is now in its second expansion stage and functions as a central media archive. The search function on the website is now supported by 40 article features. Sales-promoting documents such as brochures, operating instructions or training documents can thus be retrieved easily and directly.
