You can explore mediacockpit free of charge and without any commitment for 14 days. Contact us for your mediacockpit access. All we need is your email address and domain for your login.
Do I need help with onboarding my media in mediacockpit?
If you are a new mediacockpit customer, we recommend onboarding support so that you can get off to a flying start with the right strategy. Our onboarding support includes an assessment of your media and the desired structure. This is because data modeling requires much more than just uploading data and media into software. Rather, it’s about transforming the business to create a product experience your customers will love.

Why am I receiving my invoices from AWS?
To make billing as convenient as possible while ensuring the highest level of security, you will receive the invoice for your mediacockpit subscription directly from Amazon Web Services. This allows you to keep an eye on your costs in a single console.
Is mediacockpit charged annually by default?
mediacockpit contracts are billed annually by default. We have seen that customers who use mediacockpit throughout the year become more successful marketers in the long run. Since your long-term success is our goal, we want to encourage those practices that support your mission and help you achieve your ambitions.
Through AWS Marketplace, you are also able to sign your contract for 24 or 36 months, offering you significant savings.
How can I create a mediacockpit account?
To create a mediacockpit account, first visit the AWS Marketplace. Click Continue to Subscribe and select the mediacockpit package that meets your business needs. Once you have selected your plan, click on “Create Contract”. You will then be redirected to register.mediacockpit.io. You will be able to create your account via the registration form and all further steps will be explained in detail.
* Do not forget to set your mediacockpit name (subdomain). After registration you will be able to access your mediacockpit via this URL. Please note that this cannot be changed.

Do I need an AWS account to install mediacockpit?
Once you have selected your mediacockpit plan, the order is placed via the AWS Marketplace.
If you or your company already have an AWS Marketplace account, you can use it to subscribe to our service.
If you do not have an AWS Marketplace account, you will need to create a new account. Your software subscription, cloud services and billing are managed through the AWS Console. This way you will receive your invoice from Amazon Web Services.
This allows you to view, modify and cancel your mediacockpit subscription, as well as all other cloud services you run on AWS, at any time in a single console.
