AutomotivePIM (APIM) is a product content management solution specifically designed for the automotive aftermarket (IAM). APIM offers the spare parts market a software suite to manage master data, product data and media data. The platform is capable of efficiently handling exchange formats such as TecDoc, ACES, PIES, MMI, Fraga, etc. and mapping the corresponding relationships between spare parts, engines and vehicles.
TecDoc IDP (Instant Data Processing) enables manufacturers and retailers to validate product data in real time and seamlessly transfer it to the TecDoc catalog, web service, and web store. Currently, data is transferred to the TecDoc catalog via the TecDoc DMM (Data Maintenance Module). However, with the DMM being phased out by the end of the year, manufacturers and retailers must adopt IDP promptly to ensure a smooth transition.
AutomotivePIM streamlines your data integration process, whether migrating from an existing database or importing TAF/flat files, into a centralized platform for managing all your product information.
